Acceptable Use Policy
Integrity Framework | Effective: August 24, 2025
1. Prohibited Content
As a platform for "Commercial Truth," we strictly prohibit the use of the Assay Platform to generate, host, or verify content that is:
- Fraudulent or Misleading: Intentionally deceptive business claims, counterfeit evidence, or fabricated source documentation.
- Harmful or Malicious: Content that promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or orientation.
- Illegal: Any content that violates local, state, or international laws, including intellectual property infringement.
2. Prohibited Activities
Users of the Assay Platform shall not engage in the following activities:
- System Abuse: Actions that cause unreasonable load on our infrastructure, including automated "truth-scraping" or denial-of-service attempts.
- Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Truth Graph architecture or Orchestration Engine logic.
- Unauthorized Access: Accessing or attempting to access other customers' isolated tenants or private data.
3. Public Safety & AI Ethics
Assay is designed to increase market transparency. Use of our AI engines to generate "Deepfake" business evidence, bypass regulatory transparency requirements, or intentionally upload hallucinated documentation to trick the Truth Graph is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for all downstream commercial fallout resulting from fabricated inputs. We reserve the right to flag content that violates ethical AI standards as "Unverified" or "High-Risk."
4. Monitoring & Enforcement
Assay does not actively monitor the content of all customer tenants (respecting privacy and isolation). However, if a violation is reported or identified through technical telemetry, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement or relevant regulatory bodies.
