Credible intervals over point estimates. "Not yet" is a complete sentence when the data isn't there.

Coherent.
One canon, every surface. If a change here doesn't propagate cleanly there, the system isn't done.

Auditable.
Every decision logged. Every change versioned. Verify us, don't trust us.
The work.
We're building the substrate beneath commercial claims. Day-to-day means specifying decisions to a level most teams skip: source-of-truth, retention class, propagation semantics, audit obligations.
If you've ever wanted to write code the way a regulator reads law, precisely and with footnotes, this is that.
The team.

Small, senior, opinionated. Most decisions happen in writing because we believe legible decisions compound. Synchronous time is for blocked work. The rest is async by design.
